Licenses & Permits Division

The Licenses and Permits Division is responsible for issuance of trade licenses, building licenses and permits for construction activities, management of the insurance escrow and utility escrow funds and acceptance of payment for Department services. This division is responsible for all accounts receivable functions for the Department, which comprises billing, collection and accounting for funds associated with department operations.

Requirements for Issuing A Permit

Please review a list of the requirements, supporting documentation, etc., necessary to obtain a permit. All requirements must be met prior to proceeding to the Cashier's section to pay all appropriate cost that have been identified to obtain the permit. • Occupational License Renewal: Most recent original license is required. If lost or misplaced, valid identification is needed.
